As a professional manufacturer and supplier of paper pulp molding equipment, AGICO successfully delivered a customized egg tray production line to a client in Zambia last year. The production line has a capacity of 2000 pcs/h and was installed and commissioned with the guidance of AGICO’s professional team.
Zambia, located in central and southern Africa, is a tropical country with a humid and wet climate, characterized by a six-month-long rainy season. This type of environment poses high requirements for the moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant performance of egg tray machinery. To ensure that the production line could operate safely and efficiently in this type of environment, AGICO’s team of mechanical design experts customized the structure of the factory, the entire production line, and the machinery used in the project.
Given the humid environment, the paper pulp egg trays produced by the production line cannot be dried naturally in the open air. AGICO designed and built a cost-effective brick drying line, which effectively met the customer’s budget and drying requirements.
After more than a year of operation, the egg tray production line has been running smoothly and efficiently, bringing considerable benefits to the customer. AGICO’s products and services have been recognized and praised by the customer.
